I consider myself as a Jonathan Livingston Seagull whenever I get barriers on my way of any goals of my life, which started when I shifted from Ms. To Mrs., say when got married to unsupportive partner, say when people  restricted me not to work, say when I delivered a daughter who is 10years old now, say when I need to lead family  mentally, physically and financially almost being like single mom inspite of having well earning unsupportive spouse due to personality conflicts b/w me and my spouse, and he stayed in US due to his own reasons, say when I need to join 3 jobs for every 3 years for same reason of organizational transformation. Though I haven't yet reached my actual vision yet, I am taking baby steps to reach it by self mentoring, balancing my work and life and kid and still trying to make an unsupportive husband understand what kind of care, affection and security a women expect. I believe in try and try until success.
